Aunt Edna was one of my favorite aunts. I've lost contact with Uncle Ed and Aunt Edna since they moved to Savannah. It saddens my heart to hear she has passed on. Carole Wilds

Ed & family, Please except our condolences on the loss of your friend and partner in life. Edna will be sorely missed, especially for her dry wit. The short time we've known the two of you has been a true inspiration. May God continue to bless and keep you Ed.

Dear Family, Ed and Edna have been wonderful friends for so many years. We just 'took to each other' and that is a good thing. We loved Edna from the gitgo; she was easy to love, with so many talents. What a wonderful southern woman, who I try to emulate. Please accept the sympathy and love from us. Dave and BettyAnn King

Working with Ed at the Chicago Water Department, I always heard wonderful stories of his wife Edna. After meeting her, I knew they were all true. She was a wonderful wife and mother. Ed was very lucky to have shared his life with her. And she made the best rum balls ever!!!! We could hardly wait for Christmas when she always sent some with Ed to work. Our condolences to Ed and family.
